You always get your own cuts back (steaks, roasts and chops).
Our equipment is designed to run 100# batches or bigger to assure that our sausage is to our highest standards.
Yes, but you must do a minimum of 50# of one product.
Yes. If you don’t have enough for a batch of sausage, we will hold your order until you bring in more. You can also purchase beef or pork trim to add to your order.
We accept both fresh and frozen and we accept trim year round.
We will inspect the trim upon arrival.
Orders are processed in numerical order from the time they come in. Due to the large number of deer and boneless trim we receive from November to January, the processing time will vary.
We take pride in the work we do and good things come to those who wait! Time typically varies from 6 to 8 weeks. You will be called or e-mailed when your order is ready for pick-up.
